You may update your account information through Wells Fargo Online or by calling Customer Service at 1-877-805-7744, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time.

Sign up for Wells Fargo Online. You'll need your credit card account number, your Social Security number, and a valid email address to get started.

My card has been lost or stolen or I suspect fraud
Please call Customer Service immediately at 1-877-805-7744 to report your card lost or stolen and to receive further assistance.
