How long should I allow for my payment to reach you?

If you are mailing your payment, we suggest you allow 7-10 business days for your payment to reach us. Payments received on or before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be credited to your account the day they are received. Payments made online or with our automated phone service must be made on or before 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time to post the same day.

Representative-assisted payments must be made during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time to post on the same day.

What does Accrued/Deferred Interest Charges (total) mean?
Accrued/Deferred Interest Charges (total) is the accrued interest on your "No Interest Option" purchase. This amount accrues each month on your promotional balance over the term of your promotion. If you don't pay the promotional balance in full within the promotional period, you will have to pay the Accrued/Deferred Interest Charges (total).
Why haven't I received a statement for my recently opened account?
Depending on when your account was opened, it may take a while before the account reaches the first Statement Closing Date. For example, if you opened your account on September 12th, but the Statement Closing Date is the tenth of the month, your first statement will not be generated until October 10.
