To apply by mail, you must do the following:
1.Review the Wells Fargo Credit Card Account Application, which includes the Important Terms of Your Credit Card Account, Credit Card Agreement, and Wells Fargo Retail Services Privacy Notice by selecting the following link: PDF
2.Print and complete the 'Applicant(s) Information' section on Page 11 including your signature(s) and date(s), and mail only page 11 to Wells Fargo Retail Services for processing. You do not need to complete the 'Merchant Use Only' section.

3. You will receive written notification of the credit decision in the mail from Wells Fargo within 30 days of receipt of your application.

What if I don't have a smartphone and why am I taking a photo of my ID?
If you do not have a camera enabled smartphone, please visit a Kirkland's store to complete your application.
We ask you for a photo of your ID to help verify your identity. Completing the application will require you to take a photo of the back of your ID using your camera enabled smartphone (we will populate as much information as we can from your ID to expedite the application process). Wells Fargo has a relationship with a leading third party identity verification service to verify your government-issued ID.
If my application is approved, when will I receive my card and billing statement?
Once approved, you'll receive your card in about 7 to 10 business days, and it will be automatically added to your Wells Fargo Online® account.
You will receive your billing statement within 45 days after making the first charge to your credit card account. If you'd rather receive Online Statements1 going forward, choose this option at Wells Fargo Online.
1. Online Statements require Adobe® Acrobat® PDF reader. For credit card accounts, Online Statements are available to view and download for up to 2 years. Availability may be affected by your mobile carrier's coverage area. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
